About This Role
Metaboxsoft Technologies is hiring a Business Development Officer to join our growing team.
We are looking for a motivated, confident, and target-oriented individual who can identify new business opportunities, communicate with potential clients, and help businesses adopt technology solutions.
POSITION:
Business Development Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities
Find and contact potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, email, and other channels
Target SMEs, distributors, manufacturers, restaurants, retailers, and other businesses
Understand client requirements and identify suitable software and technology solutions
Arrange client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Prepare quotations and proposals with the technical team
Follow up with leads and potential clients regularly
Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CSE, IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or the technology industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Confident in communicating with business owners and decision-makers
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Result-driven with a strong interest in sales and business development
- Basic understanding of software, web, ERP, CRM, AI, or digital solutions
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, email, and other digital platforms
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply
