Metaboxsoft Technologies provides software development, website development, digital marketing, video production, artificial intelligence, and cloud/DevOps services. The specific terms for each client engagement are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work (SOW).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive material
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or servers
• Engage in any form of automated scraping without written permission
• Use the website in any way that could damage its reputation or functionality

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Metaboxsoft Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

For client projects, intellectual property ownership is defined in the individual project agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, full IP ownership transfers to the client upon final payment.

All service engagements require a signed project agreement or purchase order. Payment terms are as specified in each agreement. Standard terms include:

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Remaining balance due upon project completion and delivery
• Invoices are due within 15 business days of issuance
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metaboxsoft Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a project shall not exceed the total fees paid for that specific project.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Metaboxsoft Technologies, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
